DICETEK LLC is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in Core Java, Java EE, and AWS. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, log analysis, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently with minimal supervision.
- Analyze production issues from Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ELK.
- Provide application support and ensure minimal downtime.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in application support.
- Experience in Core Java, Java EE, Spring, SpringBoot, and AWS.
- Experience in log analysis and application troubleshooting.
- Experience in UNIX and Linux operating systems with basic shell scripting.
- Knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle) with experience in writing SQL queries and scripts.
- Good understanding of SQS and its operation.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure components, such as Firewall, Load balancer, Kong, Routes.
- Good understanding and knowledge of IBM WebSphere administration and deployment concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
