Key Responsibilities
- 1) Application Support & Maintenance Activities
- 2) Maintain the application uptime with zero delays, downtimes.
- 3) Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation & solution implementation
- 4) Provide outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues
- 5) Expertise in resolving technical issues
- 6) Review and implement the security standards
- 7) Build the independent team to fix the run time issues
- 8) Drive complex or major incident resolution
