Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Appian-based solutions
- Design end-to-end Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions
- Ensure best practices in Appian design, performance optimization, and governance
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Appian BPM platform (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integration, CDTs)
- Solid background in business analysis, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in solution design and architecture within Appian
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Exposure to integration (REST/SOAP), databases, and APIs
- Good to Have:
- Appian Certification (Level 2/3 preferred)
- Domain experience in BFSI/Finance
- Experience with performance tuning and governance
