Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the design, implementation and management of new analytics & reporting solutions
- Build reports (regular and ad hoc) and visualization dashboards to effectively communicate data driven insights
- Develop solutions and make recommendations based on understanding of business strategy and stakeholder needs
- Break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide subject matter insights and recommendations
- Monitor and track dashboard/report performance, user acceptance testing, and address any issues
- Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting
- Support development and execution of strategic analytics & reporting initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Document and maintain operational procedures and processes relating to analytical and reporting processes
- Collaborate and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Typically between 4 6 years of relevant experience and post secondary degree in related field or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in data preparation, data analysis, ETLs, and statistical tool sets SQL, Python, and SAS In depth
- Knowledge and experience in visualization tools, particularly Power BI

Hybrid Work Model
- This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a mix of in office and remote work.
- Candidates expected to be based within commutable distance to First Canadian Place office in Toronto and attend office on designated in office days.
Salary
- Salary range: CAD 56,000.00 CAD 103,500.00.
- Pay type: Salaried.
- Total compensation may include performance based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks.
