Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the design, implementation and management of new analytics & reporting solutions.
  • Build reports and visualization dashboards to communicate data driven insights.
  • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Break down strategic problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor dashboard/report performance and address issues.
  • Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes and streamlined reporting.
  • Support development and execution of strategic analytics & reporting initiatives.
  • Document and maintain operational procedures for analytical and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Typically between 4 6 years of relevant experience and post secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
  • In depth knowledge of data preparation, data analysis, ETLs, and statistical tools: SQL, Python, SAS.
  • In depth knowledge of visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • In depth verbal & written communication skills.
  • In depth collaboration & team skills.
  • In depth data driven decision making.
  • In depth analytical and problem solving skills.
  • In depth influencing skills.

Hybrid Work Model

  • This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a mix of in office and remote work.
  • Candidates expected to be based within commutable distance to First Canadian Place office in Toronto and attend office on designated in office days.

Salary

  • Salary range: CAD 56,000.00 CAD 103,500.00.
  • Pay type: Salaried.
  • Total compensation may include performance based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks.
  • Benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
