Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Translate supply chain business needs and requests into data and analytics.
• Develop and report supply chain analytics related to purchasing, inventory, sourcing, and pricing.
• Manage business systems used within supply chain.
• Conduct analytical activities using system data.
• Perform complex data analysis and evaluate intangible factors to provide management with fact-based information.
• Coach the team responsible for workflow process systems.
• Prepare KPI reports, lean kaizen requests, and other ad hoc reports.
• Create and manage the item master.
• Conduct vendor creation and screening.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Five years of related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value.
• Proven effective analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, including advanced Excel proficiency for accurate and timely analysis.
• Strong data mining, aggregation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multitask.
• Organized, efficient, motivated self-starter who is team-oriented.
