Role Summary
Lead high-impact strategic analyses supporting the company's growth agenda.
Evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities and deliver data-driven insight to top management.
Own feasibility studies, strategic positioning assessments, and support for Board-level decision-making.
Independently frame problems, quality-control Analysts' work, and manage external consultants and data providers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Frame problems, define analytical approaches, and structure workplans for assigned strategic studies.
- Lead one to two concurrent strategic studies covering market, financial, and industrial feasibility.
- Analyse strategic fit and readiness for market entry, M&A, partnerships, and capacity expansion initiatives.
- Quality-control Analysts' analytical work and deliverables and coach them on structuring, modelling, and slide writing.
- Manage external consultants, research providers, and data vendors, including scoping and deliverable review.
- Deliver clear, decision-oriented recommendations to the Manager and Director.
- Coordinate with internal experts to gather data and align analysis.
- Contribute scenario inputs to the 10-year strategic plan and budgeting process.
- Prepare high-impact visuals and presentations for senior leadership and Board review.
