Role Summary
The Manager, Application Support leads enterprise and manufacturing application support services.
The role covers SAP Basis, SAP Security, system integration, MES/MOM, and related enterprise platforms.
The role drives service excellence, governance, cybersecurity compliance, transformation, business continuity, and continuous improvement.
Leadership and Support Operations
- Lead the Application Support team across SAP Basis, SAP Security, system integration, MES/MOM, and enterprise application services.
- Define the support strategy and ensure stability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of supported platforms.
- Lead incident, problem, escalation, root-cause, corrective action, service delivery, and business continuity activities.
- Define and improve application support KPIs, availability, performance, integration reliability, service levels, and user satisfaction.
Platforms and Transformation
- Oversee SAP Basis administration, access governance, segregation of duties, monitoring, upgrades, transport management, and platform lifecycle activities.
- Manage application architecture, integrations, interfaces, middleware, and MES/SAP connectivity.
