Position Overview
A medium-sized asset management firm is seeking a high-caliber Senior Analyst for investment strategies and corporate advisory mandates.
The role provides advanced analytical support directly to the CEO and Investment Committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain complex DCF, LBO, and multiples-based financial models and perform valuations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for prospective deals.
- Track portfolio performance, analyze returns, and evaluate risk exposure against benchmark targets.
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and analytical reports for the CEO and Investment Committee.
- Support corporate finance transactions, asset structuring, and arrangement mandates with external advisors.
- Research macroeconomic, industry, and capital market conditions to identify risks and regional trends.
- Coordinate deal execution among internal departments, legal counsel, and external partners.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment research, and valuation.
- Experience within asset management or corporate finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, portfolio analysis, and capital markets.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
- CFA qualification is preferred.
- Immediate to 30-day availability is preferred.
