- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare financial statements segmented by lines of business for management and tax purposes
- Produce financial analyses as requested by executives
- Manage relationships with external advisors such as auditors and tax consultants
- Oversee cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure effective internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
- Minimum of four years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting
- Experience with financial and consolidation systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Workiva advantageous)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French
- CPA designation is considered an asset
- Strong professional judgment, analytical skills, and organizational abilities

What we are looking for
- The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, reports to the Vice President, Finance, Fiera Private Markets. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, report preparation, and assisting with close processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities
- Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Preparing financial statements segmented by lines of business
- Producing financial analyses as requested by executives
- Managing relationships with external advisors
- Overseeing cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensuring effective internal controls
Must have requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
