- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare financial statements segmented by lines of business for management and tax purposes
- Produce financial analyses as requested by executives
- Manage relationships with external advisors such as auditors and tax consultants
- Oversee cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure effective internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
- CPA designation is considered an asset
- Minimum of four years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting
- Experience with financial and consolidation systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Workiva advantageous)
- Strong professional judgment, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French

What we are looking for
- The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, reports to the Vice President, Finance, Fiera Private Markets.
- The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, report preparation, and assisting with close processes.
- Collaboration with cross functional teams and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities.
- Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Preparing financial statements segmented by lines of business for management and tax purposes.
- Producing financial analyses as requested by executives.
- Managing relationships with external advisors such as auditors and tax consultants.
- Overseeing cash management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensuring effective internal controls.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
- CPA designation is considered an asset.
- Minimum of four years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
- Experience with financial and consolidation systems is essential, with specific knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Workiva considered advantageous.
- Strong professional judgment, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
