Responsibilities
- Control the operational closing of investment transactions (acquisitions and dispositions) and secure funding
- Review investment documentation and control accounting and reporting of investments for Funds and Holding Entities
- Control and monitor cash flows and execute capital transaction decisions for Funds
- Analyze and review financial reporting of Funds and ILPA reporting for Investors prepared by Fund Administrator
- Review and control monthly NAV of Fund and NAV allocation to Investors
- Work with Performance and Valuation Team to review and analyze performance of Funds, Investors, and Investments
- Review and control monthly Performance and Management Fees calculations per LPA and Side Letters
- Prepare various reports for Limited Partners Advisory Committees, Board of Directors, Investor Due Diligence, and Partners
- Work with FP&A and Accounts Payables to review and control Fund Expenses
- Participate in value add initiatives including ILPA reporting, automation, and AI initiatives
- Coordinate external annual audit and tax returns with internal tax advisor
- Develop documentation of key procedures and implement internal controls
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Business Administration or Accounting
- CPA designation
- 4 5 years of experience in private market fund and direct investments accounting and financial reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bilingualism required (fluency in French and English)

What we are looking for
- The Fiera Comox Finance team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance & Administration (Assistant Controller level) to support oversight and integrity of fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations across private market strategies.
- This role involves managing accounting and reporting of funds and holding entities, reviewing NAV and investor allocations, and ensuring accuracy of financial information for internal and external reporting.
- Reporting to senior Finance team members, the role collaborates with Investment Teams, Investor Relations, FP&A, and external partners to support transactions, monitor cash flows, and strengthen controls and processes.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with Investment Teams to control operational closing of investment transactions, review investment documentation, control accounting and reporting, monitor cash flows, and execute capital transaction decisions.

Must have requirements
- Undergraduate in Business Administration or Accounting.
