Senior Analyst Data and Process Management

Process and stakeholder delivery

• Develop data management analytics and reporting capabilities, including data quality frameworks, cataloguing, and profiling.
• Collaborate with Digital to improve data access, tools, technology, quality, and productivity.
• Support project planning, contracting documentation, timelines, budget coordination, and global stakeholder delivery.
• Ensure compliance procedures and internal operational risk controls are followed.
• Refresh reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual cycles with quality-control checks.
• Manage opt-out compliance for the healthcare professional universe.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial datasets, data governance, and data stewardship.
• At least 5 years of direct pharmaceutical sales data and data management experience, including IQVIA syndicated, specialty pharmacy, and claims datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong technical background in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Informatica, and AWS.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing data sources such as IQVIA and Veeva.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations and commercial data use.

Additional qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and understand data processing and incident management principles.
• Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, and data quality principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining data management topics to non-technical customers.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, management levels, and international time zones.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools, field reporting, field deployment, incentive compensation, vaccines data, or claims data is advantageous.
