Globant is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to build advanced AI-driven solutions for banking clients. The role involves owning end-to-end architecture, designing AI/agentic systems, and integrating with legacy banking systems.

Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain end to end architecture blueprints, system context diagrams, component designs, data flow models, and API specifications
- Design LLM routing strategies, multi agent coordination patterns, intent classification pipelines, and session/memory management
- Specify vector database schemas, embedding pipelines, retrieval strategies, and real time context data contracts
- Define API facade strategy to progressively wrap, version, and migrate legacy services using strangler fig patterns
- Map and mitigate prompt injections, data exfiltration, model manipulation, and API abuse vectors
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands on architecture experience delivering large scale technology programs
- 5+ years of banking or fintech architecture experience
- 3+ years designing and operating real world LLM or AI/ML systems at scale
- High proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes, zero trust patterns, and IaC (Terraform/CDK)

About the Role
- We are seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect who shares our passion for innovation and transformation.
- This role is critical in building advanced AI driven solutions for banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture Ownership & Leadership: Produce and maintain end to end architecture blueprints, system context diagrams, component designs, data flow models, and API specifications for four delivery pods.
- Architectural Decisions (ADRs): Make, document, and defend binding architectural choices.
- Pod Governance: Run architecture reviews with pod tech leads.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present and defend technical design to client's CTO, CISO, and Enterprise Architecture Board.
- AI & Agentic System Design: Design LLM routing strategies, multi agent coordination patterns, intent classification pipelines, and session/memory management.
- The Tool Gateway: Specify the deterministic policy engine implementing the Trust Dial governance framework.
- Context & RAG: Design vector database schemas, embedding pipelines, retrieval strategies, and real time context data contracts.
- Inference Optimization: Oversee model selection, token budget management, latency SLAs, and circuit breaker/fallback design.
- Evaluation Infrastructure: Establish automated production AI evaluation, continuous verification, and tracing pipelines.
- Banking Systems & Modernization Integration: Define API facade strategy to progressively wrap, version, and migrate legacy services.
- Financial Controls: Enforce integration standards covering authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and idempotency patterns.
- Real Time Streaming: Specify Kafka/MSK event infrastructure to stream real time banking triggers.
Essential Criteria
- 8+ years of hands on architecture experience delivering large scale, complex technology programs.
- 5+ years of banking or fintech architecture experience.
- 3+ years designing and operating real world LLM or AI/ML systems at scale.
- High proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture, Kubernetes, zero trust patterns, and IaC.
Desirable Criteria
- Academic background in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Pro, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF).
- Architectural experience with regional frameworks (CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM) and mobile runtime systems like Flutter.
