About the Role
Globant seeks an experienced Client Partner for the MENA region to drive growth by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Build, grow and manage strategic client relationships across the MENA region
- Own the commercial relationship end to end, from opportunity identification through delivery and long term account growth
- Lead commercial negotiations, including proposals, pricing, scope, contract terms, renewals, change requests and commercial discussions
- Partner with Delivery to ensure successful execution from a commercial perspective, managing client expectations, risks, scope evolution, margins and overall account health
- Drive collections and commercial governance with clients, working closely with Finance and Operations to ensure healthy cash flow and timely invoice resolution
- Work closely with Delivery, Presales and Solution Teams to shape client solutions, proposals and commercial models
- Develop account plans and identify new opportunities to expand existing clients while opening new business where appropriate
- Act as the primary executive point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships and positioning Globant as a long term strategic partner
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities and engagements progress efficiently from qualification through delivery

- Strong background in technology consulting or digital services
- Proven commercial experience in client facing roles
- Ability to operate independently and create momentum
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude and high ownership
- Experience in GCC / Middle East markets
- Based in Dubai or Riyadh

Role Overview
