Role Overview
Build modern, cloud-based, AI-enabled applications that support better business decisions.
Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, user-focused, and production-ready enterprise applications.
Partner with engineers, product owners, technology teams, risk and security partners, and business stakeholders across the SDLC.
AI-Enabled Application Development
- Design, build, and integrate AI-enabled and generative AI features using security, responsible AI, and enterprise governance practices.
- Apply LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, model evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Full-Stack Engineering and Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and integration layers.
- Translate business, risk, and operational requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and measurable solutions.
- Establish practices for AI application lifecycle management, performance monitoring, evaluation, value tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on design, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
