Senior AI Engineer

Siemens is advancing the digital transformation of industries through data-driven intelligence and scalable AI solutions. We are seeking a highly capable and motivated ML/AI Engineer with hands-on experience across Google Cloud (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, with strong foundations in machine learning, cloud deployments, and engineering rigor.

The successful candidate demonstrates strong ownership, problem solving, creativity, and the ability to independently drive end to end development while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and operationalize end to end AI & ML models across cloud environments.

•Implement advanced analytics, feature engineering, and model optimization for performance, scalability, and reliability.

•Build production ready ML pipelines using Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, and associated cloud services.

•Develop CI/CD and AI & MLOps workflows using Docker, Git, and MLflow for automated training and deployment.

•Contribute to architectural decisions, ensure adherence to standards, and create robust, maintainable ML components.

•Conduct experiment design, model evaluation, benchmarking, and documentation.

•Own assigned topics and ensure timely delivery with high technical quality.

•Collaborate with product owners, domain experts, solution architects, and cross functional teams to translate requirements into scalable ML solutions.

•Ensure compliance with Siemens quality, security, and documentation standards.
