About the Role

Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
Combine hands-on engineering, cloud architecture and technical leadership within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Agentic AI, LLM and multi-agent solutions.
- Architect AI platforms using RAG, vector databases, embeddings and knowledge retrieval.
- Design scalable AI solutions across Azure and/or GCP, including Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Develop production-grade AI services using Python, APIs, microservices and Kafka.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across AI engineering initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Expert Python with strong software engineering and API development experience.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and MLOps.
- Strong experience with Kafka, Spark, SQL, Git, CI/CD and model monitoring.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in AI or machine learning.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production.
- Strong experience in AI architecture, cloud engineering and enterprise integration.
- Banking or financial services experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
