Role overview
Build and scale shared AI platform foundations that enable AI capabilities across ASOS.
Focus on the Agentic AI Platform initiative and the platform layer rather than individual business use cases.
Enable application teams to safely design, deploy, and operate AI agents at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Design Azure AI platform capabilities, including agent runtimes, orchestration, and tool integration.
- Create standardized templates and reference implementations for LLM and Generative AI workflows.
- Implement governed LLM and enterprise-tool access using APIM, Entra ID, RBAC, and managed identities.
- Contribute to LLMOps, AgentOps, GenAIOps, lifecycle evaluation, reliability, and observability practices.
- Partner with Product, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and external partners on secure platform design.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering production-grade AI systems as an AI Engineer, AI Platform Engineer, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based systems.
- High proficiency in Python and experience building APIs and service-oriented systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, versioned deployments, and observability tooling.
