Role Overview
The Associate Product Specialist supports ASOS Customer Care digital platforms and tools.
The role contributes to product execution, optimisation, and enablement within a defined product domain.
The role does not own product vision or strategy and works with guidance from experienced colleagues.
The Details
- Support continuous improvement of Customer Care products, tools, and journeys.
- Translate operational and customer requirements into product changes with guidance.
- Represent customer and frontline advisor insight in product discussions.
- Support product change delivery, rollout, implementation, adoption, and disruption reduction.
- Monitor digital care tool performance and identify efficiency, quality, and satisfaction improvements.
- Work with Technology and Operations to remove friction and improve experience outcomes.
- Contribute evidence to roadmap prioritisation and maintain current and target-state journey flows.
- Support experimentation by gathering and interpreting data and feedback.
- Promote automation, AI, and self-service capabilities.
- Assist with training, communications, engagement, and frontline change adoption.
- Work within Customer Care strategy and global operating requirements.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
