Role Overview

Compensation

• Budget is up to 18,000 AED per month.

Core Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with LLM and Generative AI application development is mandatory.
• Strong Python development and application or API integration experience are required.
• Candidates should have experience with most of the listed AI application technologies.
• Airline or aviation-domain experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Required technologies include Python, FastAPI, Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, RAG, MCP or FastMCP, and LangChain or LangGraph.
• The role also involves tool calling, structured outputs, multi-agent architecture, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Additional technologies include Redis, WebSockets, streaming AI responses, Azure, and Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize enterprise LLM applications, RAG assistants, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
• Develop MCP tools and services, multi-agent systems, and real-time conversational applications.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and airline or enterprise AI use cases.
• Implement model evaluation, hallucination monitoring, bias and safety controls, and pipeline optimization.

Additional Requirements

• A valid passport is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and relocate if necessary.
• The required notice period is immediate to 30 days.
