Role Overview
The employer is seeking a hands-on AI Value Architect and Agentic AI Technical Lead.
The role builds and leads enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions for complex real-world business scenarios.
The successful candidate remains hands-on with coding while setting architecture and technical direction.
Location and Employment
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and requires five days onsite.
- The employment arrangement is full-time.
- Candidates outside the UAE may apply if willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Experience and Mandatory Skills
- At least 8 years of professional experience is required.
- Mandatory skills include RAG, LLMs, MCP, Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic AI.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade agentic AI applications is required.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, LangGraph agents, MCP integrations, and scalable GenAI APIs is required.
- Experience with LLM providers, vector databases or search platforms, and multi-agent orchestration is required.
- Experience with cloud deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability is required.
- Experience with evaluation, guardrails, security, and responsible AI is required.
