Role Overview
QA Automation Engineer role focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing, automation testing, and airline booking and reservation systems.
The role requires hands-on experience across automation testing, Dynamics CRM, and the airline booking domain.
Workplace and Schedule
- The position is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE, five days per week.
Compensation
- The stated budget is up to AED 13,000 per month.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA or testing experience.
- Strong hands-on automation testing experience.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing experience.
- Airline domain experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with airline booking, reservation, and PNR workflows.
- End-to-end and integration testing experience.
Airline Booking Coverage
- Test flight search and availability.
- Test PNR and reservation creation.
- Test passenger details and fare selection.
- Test payment and ticketing.
- Test Manage My Booking.
- Test flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Test CRM integration with airline reservation and downstream systems.
