Position Overview
Design and implement AI features for Autodesk's platform.
Work with product managers, developers, and operations to design, implement, and maintain the platform and its roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software components.
- Lead and participate in code and documentation reviews and mentor the team on best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and estimates.
- Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot code-level problems and resolve complex programming and design issues.
- Focus on application scalability, security, and availability.
- Contribute to secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture.
- Identify architecture risks and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and eliminate technical debt.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience building APIs with Python or Node.js.
- Experience with AI agent tools and frameworks.
- Experience building and integrating MCP tools.
- Excellent knowledge of REST API standards, graph services, and web services.
- Experience turning requirements into designs and reusable modules.
