Senior Agricultural Engineer role leading branch operations across horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, plant services, project delivery, and business development.
The position combines technical expertise, leadership, commercial understanding, and client management.
Core responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and performance, and supervise engineers, horticulturists, supervisors, technicians, and project teams.
- Manage indoor and outdoor plant selection, sourcing, installation, maintenance, replacement, and quality control.
- Develop plant solutions for indoor environments, hotels, offices, residences, commercial spaces, gardens, and outdoor landscapes.
- Conduct site inspections and assess plant, horticultural, irrigation, and landscaping requirements.
- Develop and review landscape, horticulture, indoor plant, outdoor plant, and irrigation designs.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and tender documents.
- Coordinate projects from design and estimation through execution and handover.
- Manage manpower, plants, materials, equipment, logistics, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop plant maintenance and horticultural solutions for commercial and residential clients.
- Identify business opportunities and participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Qualifications and experience
- At least five years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, and indoor or outdoor plants is required.

Compensation
- Pay is QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000 per month.
