Job purpose
Use artistic skills to arrange flowers and prepare bouquets for various occasions that satisfy customer needs.
Primary responsibilities
- Ensure adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Maintain visual displays and handle predesigned arrangement requests and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other locations specified by the company.
- Follow customers' standing orders and wrap flowers or attach notes as required.
- Select and cut flowers to create attractive arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Five years of experience as a Florist is required.
Skills and capabilities
- Floral arrangement, bouquet preparation, custom orders, and floral decor installation.
- Customer advice covering cost, color, flower care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Flower selection and cutting for attractive and safe delivery.
- Management of walk-in, phone, and online customer requests.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000 to QAR 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
