Create flower arrangements and prepare bouquets for various occasions to meet customer needs.
The job location is Dubai.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Maintain adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Create and maintain visual flower displays.
- Handle predesigned arrangements and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, colour, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations.
- Wrap flowers or attach notes as required.
- Select and cut flowers to create attractive arrangements that remain secure and presentable.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Compensation and employment
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 2,700 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace and support
- Work is performed in person.
- Free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation are provided.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a florist.
- Ability to create floral arrangements and bouquets for different occasions.
- Ability to advise customers on cost, colour, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Ability to handle predesigned arrangements, custom orders, and customer requests across walk-in, phone, and online channels.
