Key Responsibilities
- Ability to plan execute, oversee project, • ensuring they are delivered in time within scope and budget • Knowledge of project management • techniques and tools including MS Project & Service Now • Knowledge of the ITIL mythology like Incident, Risk, Problem and Change • management process Able to identify and utilize appropriate resources to complete assigned projects Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet SLA and align with organizational objective The capability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth service delivery and minimizing disruptions
