Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensure the RPA implementation team delivers robust system solutions to client operations.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes.
• Work with the client enterprise architect to maintain compliance with strategic blueprints and architecture.
• Provide best practices for UiPath implementations, custom solutions, product support, and the UiPath Enterprise Platform.
• Collaborate with IT development teams to translate architectural solutions into robust implementations.

Solution and Client Work

• Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and recommend software, platform, and network configurations.
• Assist sales and pre-sales teams in client conversations to support conversions and high-quality dialogue.
• Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath internal and client solution configurations.
• Provide testing assistance and guidance to the implementation team.
• Prepare and present test plans, solution designs, technical presentations, analyst briefings, and white papers.
