Job Summary
The Senior Support Lead in Site Reliability Engineering will oversee support and reliability operations.
The role focuses on system stability, performance, efficiency, and leading a team of support engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage support engineers resolving incidents, requests, and problems.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams on scalable system improvements.
- Develop support documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement tools to streamline support processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend reliability improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents and 24/7 system availability.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
Skill Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of site reliability engineering principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting for automation and tool development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
