The Enrollment Partnerships Department at UNT builds strategic collaborations with K-12 schools, community colleges, and other organizations to create clear pathways and pipelines to the university.
These partnerships are designed to support student success from early engagement through degree completion, expanding access to higher education and strengthening academic transitions across educational institutions.
The Senior Administrative Coordinator is the organizational driver of the Department of Enrollment Partnerships at the University of North Texas.
This role powers the smooth operation of a department dedicated to building pathways that change students’ lives.
As the central point of contact for colleagues, partners, and leadership, the Senior Administrative Coordinator ensures that daily operations run flawlessly while also sparking new ideas to make processes smarter, faster, and more impactful.
Bachelor's degree and five years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications: * Knowledge of University and UNT System policy and operating procedures. * Work experience as an administrative coordinator in an academic setting.

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
