Assist Event Operations and Facilities department in setting spaces for events to include: Arranging tables, chairs, and decorations according to specific layouts. Following safety protocols, especially when lifting and carrying equipment. Physical stamina and time management are essential, as the role involves moving heavy objects and meeting tight deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are crucial for executing precise setups and adapting to last-minute changes. Dependability and strong organizational skills are key, as they are responsible for ensuring all materials and equipment are properly handled and accounted for, often during non-traditional hours Assist with light cleaning duties: empty trash, sweep, vacuum, dusting, cleaning windows Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and protocols during work shifts Communicate with Event Operations Manager and/or Facilities Lead at beginning and end of each shift Track event equipment inventory and maintain storage areas (orderly) Attends required student employee and departmental trainings Other duties as assigned

Currently enrolled UNT Dallas, UNT Dallas College of Law, HSC or UNT student in good standing and making satisfactory progress toward completion of a degree or certification program.
Excellent customer service skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications (i.e.

Various shifts available: Morning (7am-11am), Afternoon (12pm-4pm), Evening (5pm-10pm) , and weekends (Sat or Sun times vary based on event schedule) 20 hours/week
