Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance and accounts operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control measures
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE statutory requirements
- Assist in audits, taxation, and regulatory filings
- Maintain internal controls and financial procedures
- Support management with financial analysis and decision making
- Coordinate and guide the finance & accounts team in daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in F&B industry
- Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Hands on experience with audits, taxation, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Team management experience (4 years required)
- Immediate joiners preferred
