Requirements
- 3 5 years of Senior Accountant experience in the real estate development industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CMA or CPA certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Job Summary

- The role also involves preparing financial reports and presenting insights to management and stakeholders to support business decisions.
