Overview

  • Required Female Personal Assistant for Company’s Chairman for a Real Estate Development Company to ensure the efficient management of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence & reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Organize travel arrangements and maintain confidential records.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Having experience is Luxury Lifestyle sector is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
