- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and property portals
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI
- Manage project branding, promotional materials, and marketing collateral
- Organize events, exhibitions, and property launches to promote projects
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize marketing strategies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of real estate digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management
- Experience managing property portal listings and online advertising platforms
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
