Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert level proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, VBA/Macros, complex modeling
- Strong knowledge of VAT, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

Position Summary
- The Senior Accountant is an experienced professional who manages full spectrum accounting, leads month end closings, and ensures statutory compliance. This role requires expert level proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage the complete accounting cycle, including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Tally ERP Management: Utilize Tally ERP/Prime for daily transaction processing and advanced reporting.
- Month End & Year End Closing: Lead monthly and year end closing processes.
- Excel Automation & Modeling: Use advanced Excel for financial modeling, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- VAT & Compliance: Oversee VAT filings, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Process Improvement: Conduct process audits, implement internal controls.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Mentorship: Review Junior Accountants' work and provide training.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 4 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills (Tally): Expert level proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
- Technical Skills (Excel): Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, VBA/Macros, complex modeling.
- Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of VAT, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Close Acceleration: Reduce month end close cycle to under 5 business days.
- Audit Efficiency: Zero material audit adjustments.
- VAT Compliance: 100% on time VAT filings with zero errors.
- Process Improvement: Implement at least 2 process improvements annually.
- Staff Development: 100% of junior team members meet quarterly training goals.
Pay
- From AED 3,000.00 per month
