- Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies
- Manage month end and year end closing processes
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Supervise and guide the accounting team
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across group entities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) mandatory
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience working within a group of companies, preferably in civil, construction, engineering, or contracting sectors
