Role Overview
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for the KSA office.
Maintain accurate records, timely reporting, project costing, billing, collections, payments, and compliance with Saudi accounting and tax requirements.
Work with Management, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Production, Logistics, and HR.
Experience in a Saudi project, manufacturing, fit-out, joinery, contracting, or similar environment is preferred.

Position Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for the KSA office.
Maintain accurate records, timely reporting, project costing, billing, collections, payments, and compliance with Saudi accounting and tax requirements.
Work with Management, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Production, Logistics, and HR.
Experience in a Saudi project, manufacturing, fit-out, joinery, contracting, or similar environment is preferred.
General Accounting
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain supporting documents and follow up on pending accounting entries.
Billing and Supplier Payments
- Prepare customer invoices from approved quotations, contracts, project milestones, deliveries, installations, and variations.
- Maintain receivables and ageing reports and follow up on billing approvals, collections, and customer account issues.
