Position Summary
Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of luxury retail, visual merchandising, joinery, and fit-out projects across the GCC.
Coordinate clients, design, sales, estimation, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams to meet quality, budget, timeline, and brand standards.
Manage the precision, finishing, presentation, confidentiality, and detail expected by international luxury and premium brands.
Project Delivery
- Take ownership from project handover through production, delivery, installation, completion, and handover.
- Develop schedules, milestones, manpower requirements, execution plans, and progress controls.
- Manage risks, delays, dependencies, scope, budget, quality, timelines, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate clients, brand representatives, visual merchandisers, consultants, mall management, contractors, and site stakeholders.
- Coordinate design, technical design, estimation, procurement, production, logistics, finance, and installation teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material selections, finishes, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, prototypes, and approvals.
- Coordinate sourcing, long-lead materials, suppliers, subcontractors, production, site readiness, permits, access, deliveries, and installation.
- Conduct quality inspections, resolve defects and rework, close snags, and complete client handover documentation.
- Maintain records, schedules, approvals, correspondence, reports, variations, delays, instructions, and completion documents.
- Monitor costs, billing, variations, profitability, client satisfaction, project quality, procurement, production, installation, and handover KPIs.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of project management experience, preferably within KSA.
- Experience in luxury retail fit-out, visual merchandising, joinery, retail displays, shopfitting, mall counters, kiosks, or similar environments.
- Experience managing projects from concept and design coordination through production, installation, and final handover.
- Experience with international luxury, cosmetics, fashion, fragrance, jewellery, or premium retail brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of joinery, fabrication, finishes, materials, retail displays, shopfitting, and installation processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, production planning, site coordination, and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Understanding of mall and retail requirements, permits, access procedures, and installation restrictions.
Luxury Retail Competencies
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards, visual merchandising principles, finishes, detailing, and presentation quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Ability to manage last-minute changes without compromising quality.
- Professional client-facing communication and the ability to represent the company with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, ownership, accountability, and urgency.
Communication and Leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multicultural teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to promote accountability and ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
Pay
- Compensation is SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
