Position Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for commercial growth across Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on turnkey fitout, boutique construction, and visual merchandising projects.
The target market includes global luxury cosmetic, perfume, and fashion houses and their regional distributors.
Luxury Retail Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in retail, travel retail, and luxury fitout sectors.
- Target corporate accounts, brand managers, and regional project directors of international luxury brands.
- Lead responses for high-stakes RFPs and design pitches.
- Demonstrate the company's capacity to deliver premium-standard luxury joinery.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner for luxury brand stakeholders.
- Understand global design books and local compliance needs.
- Maintain relationships with premium mall developers, project management consultants, and luxury retail architects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Six or more years of proven business development experience in the KSA fitout or joinery industry.
- At least three years of experience specifically dealing with luxury retail brands.
- An active network of luxury retail brand managers, visual merchandising directors, and project heads in the GCC region.
- Deep understanding of global luxury institutions' standards, material constraints, and approval workflows.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic is highly advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as SAR 1 to SAR 2 per month.
