Responsibilities
- Check and verify entries of bounced/replaced/converted postdated cheques entered by accountants.
- Check and verify entries of purchase invoices and material issued by store in charge.
- Prepare petty cash vouchers.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
- Prepare analysis of accounts and perform month end closing.
- Reconcile Tenant Receivable transactions and verify rental income.
- Produce monthly reports.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant
- 2 years of experience in Real Estate
- UAE Driver's License

Job Overview
- Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s financial health.
- Manages day to day accounting activities, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide support on accounting matters relating to Revenue Account including budget preparation, monitoring, production of final accounts and financial advice.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Prepare analysis of accounts and perform month end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Requirements
- Senior Accountant: 2 years (Required)
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
- UAE Driver's License (Required)
Compensation
- Pay: AED 7,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
