About the Role
A company in Qatar seeks a Senior Accountant to manage full accounting functions, including AR, AP, month-end closing, payroll, and inventory management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, minimum 8 years of accounting experience in a retail/corporate environment, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full accounting function including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Month End Closing, Bank Reconciliation, and Payroll preparation.
- Process customer orders, raise invoices, allocate payments, prepare monthly statements, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Process supplier bills, record payments, raise vendor credits, and perform monthly statement reconciliation.
- Manage full Petty Cash process including issuing, recording, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, process sales returns, prepare daily inventory orders, and perform reconciliation.
- Prepare daily delivery schedule in collaboration with Sales Team.
Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel
- Minimum 8 years Accounting Experience in a Retail/Corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management
- Able to work under pressure
- High standard of organization and time management
- Excellent level in English all aspects

Responsibilities
- Accounting: Responsible for full accounting function including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Month End Closing Entries, Monthly Rebate Calculation and accrual, Salary Journal entry, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll preparation, and full Petty Cash process.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, physically receive returned items, process sales returns in Zoho, prepare daily inventory orders, update delivery schedule, and perform reconciliation.
- Logistics: Prepare daily delivery schedule in collaboration with Sales Team.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Skills
- Advance MS Excel
- Minimum 8 years Accounting Experience in a Retail/Corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (Professional Certification is a strong Advantage but not a must)
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management
- Able to work under pressure
- High standard of organization and time management
- Excellent level in English all aspects
