Madison Pearl is partnering with a prominent entity in Abu Dhabi for an opportunity of Senior Accountant – Payables.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approvals, and payroll processing.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment.
- Monitor AP aging reports and maintain accurate records of liabilities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Only Emiratis will be considered.
