Overview
- Madison Pearl is partnering with a prominent federal entity in UAE for a Quality Assurance Specialist opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure compliance with defined benchmarks and improve service performance.
- Analyse operational processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support risk mitigation initiatives.
- Conduct quality reviews, assess adherence to pension laws and operational standards, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Manage customer complaints, analyse feedback, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare quality performance reports, analyse operational trends, track corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across departments.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Only UAE National will be considered.
