- Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset accounting close processes, including depreciation calculations and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze fixed asset reports, providing insights into asset performance and identifying potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies related to fixed assets, including capitalization thresholds and depreciation methods.
