About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end accounting for multiple companies within the group (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, monthly and annual closing)
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in line with IFRS
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT — registration, filing, and FTA correspondence
- Oversee cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all divisions
- Advise leadership on structuring, cost optimization, and profitability by division
- Manage banking relationships, payment operations, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with ESR, AML, and UBO requirements where applicable
- Implement and improve accounting systems, internal controls, and reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA qualification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 4 years in the UAE
- Solid working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and IFRS
- Experience with multi entity or group accounting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP)
- Fluent English

- Two Continents Group is a Dubai based multi division company established in 2015, operating across real estate brokerage, holiday homes and property management, tourism, interior design and fit out, building maintenance, and business setup services.
- We are looking for a hands on senior finance professional to take ownership of the group's accounting function and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
