About the Role
- Two Continents Group is rebuilding its real estate division and looking for driven sales talent.
- You’ll manage the full client journey, from lead generation to closing, for buyers, sellers, and renters across residential or commercial deals.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new client leads
- Convert company provided leads into closed deals
- Match clients to properties through market research and consultation
- Run showings, negotiate offers, and close deals
- Build and maintain listings with strong marketing content
- Advise clients on market trends, financing, and legal requirements
- Grow a network of developers, agents, and repeat clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years as a real estate agent/specialist (Dubai market)
- Proven track record of closed transactions
- Own portfolio of properties/investors (strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of market cycles, with ability to spot opportunities based on historical patterns
- Strong negotiator, self driven, target oriented
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual a plus
- Driver’s license + own transport
