Overview
- Two Continents Group is rebuilding its real estate division and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to build and lead the sales team, develop relationships with developers, and drive results in the UAE property market.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and report to management
- Develop sales strategy for off plan and secondary market
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and investors
- Generate and manage leads through CRM and portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Ensure compliance with DLD / RERA regulations and the Trakheesi process
- Negotiate and close deals, supporting the team on major transactions
Requirements
- Proven real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE with a strong track record
- Experience leading a sales team (must)
- Solid knowledge of the UAE property market — freehold areas, pricing, investor ROI
- RERA certification and familiarity with DLD procedures (Trakheesi, Ejari, Oqood)
- Strong understanding of off plan and secondary market
- Experience with CRM and real estate portals
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- English required; Arabic, Russian, or other languages a major plus
- Results driven, with leadership and excellent negotiation skills
