Job Summary
The Senior Accountant manages overall accounting operations, ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and compliance.
The role is responsible for accurate financial records, reconciliation processes, and tax and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Assist with budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate external audit processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- At least five years of accounting experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
