The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying, updating, and maintaining digital and physical records within organizational databases and systems.
This role ensures high data integrity, supports operational workflows, and maintains strict adherence to data security and confidentiality standards across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify daily operational, or customer data into company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP software.
- Review source documents for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies before processing.
- Organize, scan, index, and manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Process official records and documentation through internal software and relevant UAE digital platforms or portals.
- Generate regular summary reports, data extracts, and logs for department supervisors as requested.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company, employee, and client records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in data entry, typing, or office administration (Fresh graduates are eligible).
- Fluency in native Arabic and strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Word, with high typing speed and precision in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy rate, and solid organizational skills.
